Shipping/Return Policy

Shipping 

SHIPPING: Shipping is $7.99 and we ship within the United States! We also offer FREE local pick up at our shop if you’re a local or if you plan to be in the area! No international shipping. We try our best to get orders shipped out within 1-3 days of you placing your order, but please know it could take up to 5 days at most. Shipped arrival time is up to 5-7 business days. 728 Chic Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

LOCAL PICKUP: If you would like to pick up your items in store, please choose LOCAL PICKUP at checkout! Local pick up is ready same day if order is placed during normal business hours (we will e-mail you a notification when your order is ready for pickup). PLEASE NOTE: You need to pick up your items within 30 days and also keep in mind our 14 day return policy. If you end up needing your items shipped, please contact us at info@728chicboutique.com or call us at 812-492-9087.

Return Policy

Our biggest goal is to make sure our loyal customers well are taken care of! If you are not completely satisfied, we will try to do everything we can to make your experience an exceptional one! If your online or in-store purchase does not work out, please see below for more details!

RETURNS:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or wish to cancel your order, you may return it for in store or online credit only.

For online orders, a return must be initiated, and post marked within 7 days of receiving the item. E-mail us at info@728chicboutique.com to start the exchange process. We must receive the item being returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include the new item(s) you wish to exchange for the returning item in the e-mail. For example, if you need a different size, please indicate the size you need. The exchange is subject to our availability of that item. If we do not have that item in stock, we will issue you online credit!

    • Want to bring your online order into the store to return? No problem! The same return policy applies, and your return must be made at the store within 14 days of the purchase date (date purchased starts day 1). 
    • Store Credit is issued on gift cards. Gift cards can be used in store and online with us!

For in store purchases, same return policy applies and your return must be in within 14 days of purchase.

Note: All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, animal hair or other stains/odors (even smoke smell), you will not be given credit and items will be sent back (you will be charged for shipping if you wish to have your items returned to you). If the order is returned past the 14-day limit and/or does not fit the return guidelines, no credit will be given and you will be responsible for the shipping fee.

Please allow our team 5-10 business days to process your return once it is received.

ITEMS NOT FOR RETURN:

For Hygenic purposes and the best interest of our customers - All sales are final on all accessories including but not limited to— jewelry, sunglasses, shoes, hair accessories, hats, gloves, swimwear, perfumes and bralettes. All items that are marked down, end of season sale, discounted, buy one get one free, grab bag, etc. these items will not be eligible for a return.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt/receiving it. All damages and any problems need to be reported within 2 days of receiving your order by email at info@728chicboutique.com. Be sure to include clear pictures of the defect/damage. We will happily get you taken care of and apologize if this happens. We unfortunately cannot make exceptions if you’ve had the item in your care for longer than 2 days. Please do not use scissors when opening the packages.

HAND WASH ITEMS:

First, please see the tag (on the inside of the item- not the price tag) for instructions on how to care for your item. Please keep in mind if the item you purchased is hand wash only, please do not wash the item in any type of machine. The delicate cycle or hand wash machines are not always guaranteed; sometimes items tend to shrink or bleed. Use a delicate detergent to hand wash your items in your sink. Garment bags work wonders for delicates! We are not responsible for any damages on how you care for your items. If you have any questions on how to best care for your item, please reach out to us before you care for your item.
