Shipping policy

SHIPPING: Shipping is $7.99 and we ship within the United States! We also offer FREE local pick up at our shop if you’re a local or if you plan to be in the area! No international shipping. We try our best to get orders shipped out within 1-3 days of you placing your order, but please know it could take up to 5 days at most. Shipped arrival time is up to 5-7 business days. 728 Chic Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

LOCAL PICKUP: If you would like to pick up your items in store, please choose LOCAL PICKUP at checkout! Local pick up is ready same day if order is placed during normal business hours, if not then the next business day (we will e-mail you a notification when your order is ready for pickup). PLEASE NOTE: Per our policy, you need to pick up your items within 30 days. A 60 day grace period will follow for you to pick up your items. After 90 days of no pick up, the order will be donated to charity and your order will not be refunded or credited. To avoid this, we ask that you pick up your items within the timeframe listed. 728 Chic Boutique will make several attempts to contact you regarding your pick up and will also offer to ship your order for flat rate shipping charge of $7.99. You, or someone else is allowed to pick up your order with your approval- please note it in your online order, email us info@728chicboutique.com or call us/text us at 812-492-9087 to let us know prior to pick up. Keep in mind our 14 day return window. Day 1 starts the day your order is placed online. *One exception will be on preorders- day 1 starts when your order is ready for pick up.
